"When my refrigerator stopped cooling well, I decided to go with Eric for the repair, even though the diagnostic cost was a few bucks more than other replies. Why? Even in our initial conversation he asked the right questions and offered some possible scenarios. And when he got here, he confirmed that it only required a minor cleaning of the coils - so no additional cost! (In my experience it is hardly ever just the initial cost, so it was a welcome surprise.) Finally, Eric offered some advice on how to keep my fridge maintained in the future. "If you need a reliable, professional & punctual repair man to come to your home, this one's it! My husband contacted a few places to try and get our dryer fixed as soon as possible. Eric was in contact with him early morning and was able to come early afternoon. He showed up within the time frame, explained the issue our dryer was having, helped give some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again & our dryer was fixed within an hour! Wow! Eric was able to work on our Samsung (only 5 years old) and determined it was the electronic board and when he checked on the part it is no longer available. He checked & offered to find a rebuilt part, but no guarantees & he would not recommend it. Eric did recommend a machine and a business and we are so grateful for the recommendation. We bought a new machine and in our research it is one of the best machines on the market.
